Our Quality Policy

CORIS BANK INTERNATIONAL TOGO wants to be the bank of reference, by the quality of its organization, its products and services, and for its continuous performance for the benefit of its customers and interested parties. It aims to be the best bank in Togo by significantly impacting its environment and confirming its values ​​of Trust, Originality, Responsibility, Integrity and Sociability.

This vision is essentially based on the one hand, on a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and promoting the planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of process performance, and on the other hand on its ambitious strategic orientations, the main axes of which are as follows:
  • strengthening the talent of the men and women of CBI TOGO;
